The Woodstock Suite
The Woodstock Suite, situated on the first floor, has two lovely quiet rooms overlooking the garden and an en-suite bathroom. The Suite has a king size divan bed in the main room and a mahogany day-bed in the second room. The rooms, with original wooden beams, are decorated with Farrow and Ball paints in Lime White and Off White, and the colours of the soft furnishings reflect the soft greens of our Cotswold garden. All of the fabrics we have used for the Roman blinds and upholstery are natural fibres, soft linens and wool. The Suite is wonderfully quiet, despite the house being in the centre of Woodstock; the only noise that you will hear is the song of the birds and the fountain in the garden. The travertine tiled bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower. Two antique cabinets hold a range of exclusive toiletries from the Antica Farmacista range. The main room has two window seats and large built in wardrobe, while the second room, which can also be used as a sitting room, has additional storage and a mini bar. In the Suite you will find Wifi, Ethernet connection ( both through dedicated Devolo adapter) , TV with integral DVD, a Nespresso machine and tea making facilities. This suite can accommodate up to three persons.

The Charlbury Suite
The Charlbury Suite has two large rooms, and a separate shower room and is situated on the second floor of the house, facing the street. The light and airy bedroom accommodates a super-king size bed and beautiful antique furniture. This room can alternatively be set up with two single beds. The second room is a sitting room with a claw foot bath. This sitting room leads to a windowed bathroom, overlooking the garden, with a large shower.

The Bladon Room
The Bladon Room is a lovely, quiet room overlooking the picturesque rooftops of Woodstock. The room has a Super King size bed or may be set up with twin single beds, while the large ensuite bathroom has an impressive shower, a claw foot bath, double basin and underfloor heating. The bedroom has a charming seating area and a reading area with a chaise longue. The room also features a 26″ LED TV with DVD player, WiFi, Ethernet connection, Pure clock radio with Ipod docking station, a Nespresso machine, and tea making facilities. The Bladon room is furnished with a antique Biedermeir wardrobe, original works of art and has been beautifully decorated with fabrics from Fox Linton and Ian Mankin, and painted in the Farrow and Ball colours of Mizzle and Lime White, with soft furnishings selected to enhance the house and to bring the colours of the Cotswold garden into the room. The divan bed has a 3500 pocket sprung mattress, upholstered headboard and valance, while the bedlinen is of the finest 300 thread count cotton percale. We have sourced an exclusive range of bath products from the Antica Farmacista range, with a fresh pompelmo ( grapefruit) fragrance.
